About our products

Are La Encantada products 100% natural?
Yes, all our products are 100% natural and mostly organic. We grow and harvest many of the plants we use in an artisanal way, always respecting nature in our agro-ecological forest.

What method do you use to manufacture your products?
We elaborate our products in an artisan way using traditional methods such as:

  • MacerationWe extract the active principles of the plants in oils for at least 40 days, or in alcohol tinctures for 28 days (one lunar cycle).
  • Alembic distillationWe obtain high quality essential oils and hydrolates.

The entire process is carried out in a laboratory in compliance with current sanitary regulations.

What is the shelf life of the products?
Our products have an approximate shelf life of 2 years.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 39 € within mainland Spain.

  • Standard shipments: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Express shipments: 2 to 3 working days.
  • Note: The shipping start date begins the day after purchase.

What is the return policy?
We accept free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and unused.
